Last week there were a new challenge at Just Magnolia Which Was " Bright & Zingy . This means that you have to make a card with bright colors. I tried to make a Halloween card with less black.

Unfortunately my pictures are not good this time. That's why I also scanned my card to show you the original colors.

Okay, now you know that I mean ;) Cute Tilda with Spider from the Magnolia Halloween ColleCtion 2008 is one of my faves so I just had to use her again this year! Matching to the theme I gave her a colorful dress without black and believe it or not I do like it more like this! The pattern paper is DCVW and the cardstock (purple and orange) is Bazzill. The green cs normally is from the Core'dinations Chocolate Box but I took the green backside for my card, it was machting too good to my pp.

I cheated again with the Spellbinders! Tilda with Spider is much too big for the biggest oval Spellbinders but I wanted that shape! So I cut out the biggest oval and took it as template for Tilda. I cut the oval by myself after that and leave Tilda's witch hat with a little white edge in the top of the oval. Then I punched out the biggest oval scalloped Spellbinders in purple. That was just too boring so I took the Spellbinder as a template (you need the outside scallopes now!) for my orange cardstock and cut it out by myself. Hee hee, you don't really need a cutting machine for the Spellbinders *grin*.
Der Drippy Goo Stanzer passte hier auf jeden Great to be back and the little "Boo" metal tag I found for this card also brilliant.

The Drippy Goo punch was perfectly matching here and I think the little "Boo" metal tag is too cute.

I used my SU oval punches to cut the cute Halloween sentiment out and added two gemstones. The paper flowers got all big glittery brads for their middles and some Scrapper's Floss "leaves". I also added some sheer ribbon but unfortunately it puckered while I was adding it to the card.

Tilda with Spider is stamped on watercolor paper and colored with watercolor pencils from Albrecht Dürer / Faber Castell. I inked the edges with ColorBox Chalk Lime & Wisteria.
